Key Responsibilities

  1. Portfolio and Marketing Strategy

* Develop the annual and quarterly marketing strategy for the assigned content portfolio.

* Translate oneD’s growth, engagement, SVOD, and revenue targets into clear campaign priorities.

* Define target audiences, content positioning, campaign propositions, channel strategy, and communication plans.

* Prioritize marketing resources across titles based on business potential, audience relevance, and content performance.

* Balance title-specific campaigns with the long-term development of the oneD master brand.

  1. Integrated Campaign Leadership

* Lead end-to-end campaigns from content briefing and audience insight through launch, optimization, and post-campaign review.

* Coordinate campaigns across social media, digital media, in-app channels, PR, influencers, partnerships, events, and offline media.

* Build campaign calendars around premieres, episode releases, seasonal moments, and commercial priorities.

* Ensure campaigns create sustained engagement throughout the content lifecycle—not only launch awareness.

* Work closely with App Marketing, Content Management, Commercial Partnership, and AVOD Commercial teams.

  1. Creative Leadership

* Set the creative direction and communication concept for campaigns.

* Guide the Head of Creative in developing key visuals, trailers, promotional videos, social content, copy, and campaign assets.

* Ensure creative work is distinctive, platform-appropriate, audience-relevant, and consistent with oneD’s brand identity.

* Maintain a high standard of creative quality while improving production speed and cost efficiency.

* Review and approve major campaign concepts and customer-facing creative assets.

  1. Performance and Growth Management

* Establish measurable objectives and KPIs for every major campaign.

* Use audience, content, product, and campaign data to guide decisions and optimize performance.

* Evaluate the marketing funnel from reach and content discovery to viewing, registration, subscription, and retention.

* Conduct campaign reviews and turn performance findings into actionable improvements.

* Partner with App Marketing and Data Analytics to improve attribution, audience segmentation, and marketing effectiveness.

  1. Team and Resource Management

* Lead, coach, and develop the Head of Creative and Head of Marketing.

* Create clear accountability between creative development, campaign management, and execution.

* Build a collaborative culture that combines creativity, commercial thinking, audience understanding, and operational discipline.

* Manage team capacity, external agencies, freelancers, production partners, and campaign budgets.

* Improve workflows, approval processes, briefs, production planning, and delivery timelines.

  1. Stakeholder Management

* Serve as the senior marketing partner for Content, Product, Commercial, Programming, and senior management.

* Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, performance results, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

* Align internal stakeholders on campaign priorities, key messages, timelines, and expected outcomes.

* Coordinate with broadcasters, production companies, talent, agencies, and external partners when required.

Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.

* Approximately 10–15 years of experience in marketing, creative, entertainment, media, digital platforms, streaming, or consumer technology.

* At least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.

* Strong experience leading integrated, digital-first consumer campaigns.

* Proven ability to connect creative work with measurable commercial and audience outcomes.

* Experience in entertainment, television, OTT, content platforms, or subscription businesses is strongly preferred.

* Strong knowledge of social platforms, digital media, content marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.

* Experience managing agencies, production partners, campaign budgets, and senior stakeholders.
