Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Content Production: Edit high-quality video and graphic content across multiple formats including Short-form, Long-form, Vlogs, Scoops, TVCs, promotional clips, and social-first content for TV and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Creative Storytelling & Emotional Pacing: Shape raw footage into compelling stories through strong pacing, narrative flow, comedic timing, dramatic build-up, mood & tone, music selection, sound effects, and audio-visual rhythm.
- Platform-Native Creative Execution: Adapt editing styles to fit each platform’s audience behavior, algorithm, format, and consumption pattern — ensuring every video feels native to TV, OOH, TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement: Design and incorporate Motion Graphics, Text Animation, visual effects, captions, and creative editing techniques to increase content appeal, clarity, and viewer retention.
- Creative Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Content, and Production teams to brainstorm ideas, enhance content concepts, and ensure final outputs reach their strongest creative potential.
- Quality Control & Final Delivery: Conduct thorough quality checks before export, including color grading, audio leveling, subtitle accuracy, typo checks, censorship requirements, platform specifications, and broadcast readiness.
- Trend Monitoring & Creative Innovation: Stay up to date with video trends, viral formats, platform features, editing styles, AI tools, memes, and entertainment trends — and proactively pivot, optimize, and apply them to OneD content.
- Deadline & On-Air Schedule Management: Manage multiple editing projects under tight timelines, especially around broadcast schedules, episode launches, campaign deadlines, and fast-moving social trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, content creation, entertainment marketing, digital media, or post-production. Experience editing promotional content for dramas, series, films, or entertainment content is highly advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Digital Media, Film, Multimedia, or related fields is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and short-form editing tools such as CapCut.
- Teamwork & Feedback Mindset: Highly responsible, collaborative, open to feedback, and able to work closely with creative teams, producers, marketers, and stakeholders through multiple rounds of revision.
- Passion for Entertainment: Genuine passion for Thai dramas, series, movies, variety content, and entertainment culture — with a sharp instinct for funny moments, dramatic beats, emotional hooks, and content that people want to share.
