At our core, we are an entertainment company with a foundation as creators and producers of a variety of content, from upstream to downstream media, and are also television station owner-operators. As a Vertically Integrated Service Provider, we have the ability to distribute content spanning offline and online channels, both within the country and abroad. We also generate revenue through successful subsidiary businesses, including One31 Company Limited, GMM TV Company Limited, Change 2561 Company Limited, GMM Media Company Limited, GMM Studios International Company Limited, Exact Scenario Company Limited, and ACTS Studio Company Limited.

The main business of the group of companies can be classified as follows:

1. Production Licensing Management and Television Channel Provider

The ONEE Group engages in the production of various types of programs such as dramas, sitcoms, variety shows and news programs, including the dramas Wan Thong, Only You I Need, Fierce Wife, and I Pickled and Picked You, as well as popular series such as 2gether, Girl From Nowhere (Season 2), Club Friday the Series, Do You Know Who’s Single?, The Golden Song, Song Duel for Funds, Kluea Wan Der, Toei Travels Thailand, Put Talk Put Toe, Friday News, etc. We manage licensed content, distributing programs through three main channels: 1. Television stations 2. Online channels transmitting audio and video signals through the internet; and 3. International platforms, through both television and online, which are managed by third-party service providers in Thailand, with a total of eight such channels including LINE TV, NETFLIX, WeTV, Viu, TRUE ID, AIS Play, iQIYI and Disney+. In addition, foreign partners such as agencies and channel owners in other countries broadcast ONEE Group's programs, with distribution to 10 other countries in Southeast Asia, and also accessing distribution channels in other territories such as China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Spain, as well as countries in North America, South America and Africa, such as YOUKU and Mango TV in China, TV Asahi, Nagoya TV and Rakuten TV in Japan, Dimsum in Malaysia, SCTV in Vietnam, etc.

In this regard, One31 Company Limited is a national license holder broadcasting on digital frequencies under the general category of high definition (HD) television media as Channel One31, allocating a portion of airtime for hire by third party productions.

In addition, The One Enterprise Public Company Limited Group also directs marketing for the digital television channel GMM25, which is a digital television national license holder providing digital television services under the general category of standard definition (SD), whereby The One Enterprise Public Company Limited group has the sole right to supply customers and distribute advertising time for channel GMM25.

2. For-Hire Production and Services

ONEE Group engages in the business of producing programs for clients who want to produce programs under their own copyright which would then be broadcast through various channels of television stations and online platforms. In addition, the Group is regularly hired to organize events for various clients.

3. Radio Production

ONEE Group engages in the business of producing radio programs for broadcast through radio and online channels, including websites and applications developed by the Group. A total of three programs are listed as follows: 1. EFM on the FM 94.0 MHz “Positive Talk Radio and Good Music from Every Genre.” 2. GREENWAVE on FM 106.5 MHz “Music waves with Good Feelings.” 3. Chill Online, a full-fledged online radio station broadcasting through websites and applications and playing music non-stop, 24 hours a day.

4. Event Organizers

ONEE Group successfully engages in the event organizing business, serving as an event planner and earning income through ticket sales and services… Public relations materials related to the events organized by the Group, including Fan Meet and Greets and Concerts… As well as holding seminars and activities at various educational institutions, etc.

5. Other related businesses

The ONEE Group engages in various businesses related to content production, namely: 1. Artist management business, with the Group acting as an agent negotiating and planning work between artists and the clients who wish to hire the Group’s talent; 2. Sales of merchandising products related to programs or artists of the Group, and 3. Venue rental services, for filming and hosting events such as commercial shoots, TV shows, feature films and weddings.
