The position involves preparing documentation, processing BOI applications for new projects, monitoring compliance with BOI conditions, and coordinating with BOI and customs authorities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle primary responsibility for submitting investment promotion applications, project renewals, or detail changes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documentation and process BOI applications for new projects<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control compliance with BOI conditions including duty-free machinery imports, raw material tax exemptions, and corporate income tax benefits<\/li>\n<li>Analyse latest BOI policies and guidelines to determine strategies for claiming benefits<\/li>\n<li>Design international business structures such as technical fee transfers and dividend transfers between China-Thailand, and conduct related registrations with banks and government agencies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with BOI and Customs Department, manage emergency inspections and respond to inquiries from government agencies<\/li>\n<li>Convert BOI policies and requirements into practical implementation guidelines such as controlling import and export ratios in compliance with requirements<\/li>\n<li>Verify accuracy of supporting documents such as contracts, invoices, and bills of lading to ensure correct value-added tax deduction rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of experience in BOI-related operations<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in computer use, Word, Excel, and related software<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure and learn quickly<\/li>\n<li>Experience with major global audit firms (Big4) is considered a special advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"n4sEPd\">\n<div class=\"QFw9Te\">\n<div class=\"D5aOJc vJwDU\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"NQSJo\">If interested, please submit your application to : Sunantha.von@onee.one<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the role This role is responsible for managing BOI (Board of Investment) promotion applications, project renewals, and detail modifications.
