Marketing Partnership Manager<\/strong>, your primary mission is to plan, negotiate, and execute offline media campaigns (TVC, radio, OOH, media pricing, CPRP, inventory planning, and negotiations) while identifying and securing strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and media collaborations that amplify OneD&#8217;s series and platform presence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Offline Media Planning &amp; Buying:<\/strong> Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys across TVC, radio, OOH, and on-ground activations, ensuring optimal placements, reach, and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marketing Partnership Development:<\/strong> Identify, pitch, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, media owners, and commercial partners to amplify OneD series and platform awareness.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-Marketing &amp; Brand Collaborations:<\/strong> Develop creative co-marketing campaigns, cross-promotions, sponsorships, and brand activations that deliver mutual value, incremental reach, and audience engagement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Media Negotiation &amp; Value Optimization:<\/strong> Secure competitive media rates, premium placements, annual media packages, barter deals, and value-added opportunities to maximize marketing ROI.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partnership &amp; Campaign Execution:<\/strong> Own end-to-end execution of offline campaigns and marketing partnerships, including proposals, commercial negotiations, agreements, timelines, asset delivery, and activation logistics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Partner Management:<\/strong> Serve as the key point of contact for offline media and marketing partnerships, collaborating with internal marketing, content, and creative teams, as well as external agencies, media owners, and brand partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrated Marketing Communications:<\/strong> Align offline media and partnership initiatives with digital marketing efforts to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns across all touchpoints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience: <\/strong>5\u20138+ years in Offline Media Planning\/Buying, Marketing Partnerships, Brand Partnerships, or Integrated Marketing, preferably within entertainment, media, agencies, or consumer brands.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Media Buying Expertise:<\/strong> Strong knowledge of Thailand&#8217;s offline media landscape, including TVC, radio, OOH, media pricing, CPRP, inventory planning, and negotiations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partnership &amp; Business Development:<\/strong> Proven ability to identify partnership opportunities, pitch proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and execute successful co-marketing collaborations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong Network &amp; Negotiation Skills:<\/strong> Established relationships with Thai media owners, agencies, brand marketers, and potential commercial partners, with the ability to secure attractive deals and added value.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creative Leadership:<\/strong> Proven experience leading and developing creative talent while managing multiple projects and production timelines simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Management:<\/strong> Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across internal and external teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commercial &amp;
