### Assistant Manager, Sales Coordination & Client Support<\/p>\n
**Chinese-speaking | International Rights Team**<\/p>\n
We are looking for an **Assistant Manager, Sales Coordination & Client Support** to join our International Rights Team. This role will support international content licensing projects, with a strong focus on Chinese-speaking clients and business partners across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, and other markets.<\/p>\n
This is a client-facing and commercially involved role. The candidate will work closely with the Sales Team to support client communication, sales follow-up, proposal preparation, contract coordination, content delivery coordination, and project follow-through. The role is also expected to help identify client needs, recommend suitable content packages, and support sales opportunities when they arise.<\/p>\n
### Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
* Support the Sales Team in client meetings, sales follow-up, proposal preparation, and commercial coordination.
\n* Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners in Chinese, English, and Thai when required.
\n* Prepare meeting notes, client updates, title lists, proposal materials, and internal reports.
\n* Help identify client needs, follow up on sales opportunities, and support upsell, renewal, or reactivation opportunities.
\n* Coordinate contract preparation, approval, signature, documentation, and related follow-up.
\n* Support content delivery coordination, including files, subtitles, scripts, metadata, artwork, screeners, and other materials.
\n* Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure projects move smoothly from sales discussion to delivery completion.
\n* Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Content, Subtitle, Technical Delivery, and other related teams.<\/p>\n
### Qualifications<\/p>\n
* Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Business, International Business, Communication, Chinese Studies, Media, Marketing, or related fields.
\n* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, sales operations, international business, media, entertainment, OTT, broadcasting, content distribution, or related fields.
\n* Experience working with Chinese companies, Chinese clients, or Chinese-speaking business partners is required.
\n* Strong coordination, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
\n* Commercial mindset with the ability to support sales discussions and help move opportunities toward proposal or deal confirmation.
\n* Experience in media licensing, entertainment, OTT, TV broadcasting, or content distribution will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
### Language Requirements<\/p>\n
* **Chinese:** Good to very good level in speaking, reading, and writing. Must be able to use Chinese in real business communication.
\n* **English:** Good level in speaking, reading, and writing.
\n* **Thai:** Fluent or native level preferred.<\/p>\n
